Terms and Conditions - Hypnotherapy:
The Client acknowledges that the Therapist is not medically trained and so is unable to diagnose medical conditions. Neither should hypnotherapy replace mainstream treatment for any medical conditions. If at any time a client is concerned about any specific symptoms, their health in general, or whether they should undertake hypnotherapy sessions, they should consult with their GP in the first instance or any other appropriately qualified medical professional.
The client acknowledges that the free-of-charge initial Consultation Session lasting approximately 30 to 45 minutes, is necessary to confirm client suitability for receiving further hypnotherapy sessions. There is no obligation to begin full sessions following this consultation, it remains the Clients choice whether to proceed or not.
The client acknowledges that their active participation and co-operation is vital to maximising the benefits of the therapeutic experience. The
Therapist gives no guarantee for the success rate of Hypnotherapy sessions as this is entirely subjective to each Client's individual circumstances.
The Client therefore acknowledges that the session payment is intended to cover the Therapist's time, experience and knowledge not a reimbursement for results or as a guarantee for any specific outcome.
The Client agrees to attend scheduled sessions promptly and aims to provide the Therapist with a minimum of 72 hours notice for any changes or cancellations whenever possible.
The Client acknowledges that sessions typically run for 50 to 60 minutes, and if they are late, the session cannot be extended.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and honest information to the Therapist regarding their physical and mental health, medical history, and any medications being taken to ensure the safety and suitability of sessions.
Booking Policy:
All sessions must be pre-booked and prepaid at the time of booking. If booking sessions further in advance than 7 days, pre-payment is required at least 7 days prior to commencement of the session.
Upon booking, the Client will receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link and a separate email with an invoice for immediate payment by bank transfer.
The Client agrees to notify the Therapist if the confirmation or invoice email is not received within 24 hours of booking.
Block Bookings / Pay in Advance Rates
A reduced session rate is available for booking sessions in a block,
Block of 8 Initial Sessions: £480 (Full price £560, saving £80 or £10 per session)*
Block of 6 Initial Sessions: £360 (full price £480, saving £60 or £10 per session)*
Block of 4 Follow On Sessions: £248 (full price £280, saving £32 or £8 per session)*
*Terms apply. The full block booking payment must be paid in advance at the time of scheduling the first block session. Initial block booking sessions up until at least session 6 must be redeemed at weekly intervals in order to qualify for the reduced block booking rate.
Additional blocks of 6 or 8 "Initial Sessions" may be booked whilst session frequency is at weekly or fortnightly intervals, initial session blocks of 6 or 8 cannot be redeemed for monthly top up sessions, and are designed to be used with weekly or fortnightly frequency please see "Follow On" sessions for monthly top up purposes.
Blocks of 4 "Follow On" sessions may be redeemed at less frequent intervals such as fortnightly or monthly top up sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation or rescheduling made with 72 hours' notice or more will not result in any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the appointment time will incur the full session fee, this cannot be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours' or less notice will result in a 50% fee, with the remaining balance to be settled within 24 hours to confirm a new appointment as per the payment policy below.
Payment Policy:
Initial Consultation: Free of charge (35 - 40 min)
Standard One to One Appointment Fee : £70 (50 - 60 min)
Block Booking/Pay In Advance Rates: Reduced Rates. See Block Booking Info above
Smoking Cessation Standalone Session: £140 (90 min-2 hour)
The Client agrees to make full payment for the next session at the time of booking via bank transfer to the details provided in the invoice email. The Client acknowledges that sessions will not be secured until full payment is received. If not confirmed, sessions may be open for other clients to book and could be canceled by the therapist without prior notice until payment is received.
To secure an appointment full payment should be made via bank transfer to the business account details provided at the online booking system, at the time of booking. Appointments which are not secured with payment within 24 hours of booking will be cancelled and the space opened up for another client to book.

All bookings are subject to a satisfactory pre-appointment consultation being completed at the time of booking. Treatment suitabilty will be determined by the information provided by the client and may result in treatment being adapted or changed entirely depending on client's medical history. Not all treatments advertised will be suitable for all, the client agrees that by booking a treatment they will provide accurate information about their health and lifestyle in order for the therapist to provide a safe and appropriate service. Complimentary therapy is not intended to replace allopathic medicine and if contraindications are present the therapist will not continue with the treatment.
Jacqueline Connor is insured and qualified to carry out the treatments advertised, if she believes it would be unsafe to proceed with the client's chosen treatment for any reason she will provide the client with as much information as possible and work to adapt the treatment or in the case of being completely contraindicated provide relevant next steps for example referring on to a medical professional or specialist.
Jacqueline prides herself on being a professional in her field, she will not tolerate any form of inappropriate conduct from clients either verbally or physically. Should a client show any signs of acting in an appropriate manner at any point during their visit Jacqueline will stop the treatment immediately and if neccessary inform the relevant authorities of the incident.
