"I had a cow phobia to the extent I would plan routes to avoid them would literally do anything to avoid cows, including on TV, etc. I can drive past cows, now I visited a city farm with cows and I was fine. The difference has been commented on by other people who knew how bad my phobia was as to how I react now. I achieved my goal and more! I was amazed at the change in my reaction to my phobia. Also at how quickly that happened."
